Shipping

We offer several UPS shipping options to meet your delivery needs. In addition to the real-time UPS published rates, we include a small handling fee based on the total price of your purchase.

Ground - Guaranteed, date-scheduled, cost-effective delivery for commercial and residential shipments.

  • Delivery Commitment: Day-definite delivery typically in one to five days
  • Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico

3 Day Select - Guaranteed service for your less time-sensitive shipments.

  • Delivery Commitment: Delivery by the end of the third business day
  • Service Area: The 48 contiguous states

2nd Day Air - Alternative to overnight shipping when you have the flexibility to allow an extra day.

  • Delivery Commitment: Delivery by the end of the second business day. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time
  • Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii

Next Day Air Saver - Guaranteed next-day service when afternoon delivery meets your needs.

  • Delivery Commitment: Next business day delivery by end of day
  • Service Area: Available to the 48 contiguous states. Not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by end of day

Next Day Air - Get guaranteed overnight delivery for day-definite shipments.

  • Delivery Commitment: Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination
  • Service Area: All 50 states and Puerto Rico, with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii

Next Day Air Early A.M. - Guaranteed early morning delivery for your time-critical shipments.

  • Delivery Commitment: Next business day delivery by 8:00 a.m. to major cities in the 48 contiguous states. Delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m. to most other U.S. cities, including Anchorage, Alaska. Delivery by 10:00 a.m. to additional locations
  • Service Area: The 48 contiguous states and limited addresses in Alaska, including Anchorage

INTERNATIONAL

World Wide Expedited - Fast, guaranteed service for less-urgent international shipments.

Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it postage paid by a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx) to:

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be intact and in resalable condition. Please enclose a copy of the packing slip. You will be refunded for products only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Credit Card: If you ordered by credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days and it will show on your next statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be credited for the return and charged for the new item.
